My husband and I own and operate an independent shop north of Indianapolis. We mostly repair domestic vehicles, but on occasion we do service customers who own Subarus. One of our long time customers had an oil leak requiring parts that needed to be special ordered. The first order arrived with incorrect parts and pieces missing. Hit and miss. The first time I was here I had to have a diagnostic done and further repairs to my vehicle. The person I worked with was really nice and super helpful. It did take several hours for things to get done, but they have a nice lounge you can sit in so that is nice. When I most recently visited this location I had an appointment. I arrived early and brought my vehicle in. The person at the desk I went to acted like I was bothering him but told me to go have Eric or Caleb help me.
