Warning stay away from this dealership especially thier mechanic shop my cars been there 3 times for transmission going out and this recent time they couldn't even fix it half right as we got the car back and 5 miles down the road transmission went out again let's just put it like this I had to call ford corporate to get my car fixed after them having 30 plus days
Bought a 2017 expedition 8/18/21. I agreed to pay full price for the vehicle so long as a list of items were addressed: Detail, fix broken mirror/running board/seat trim, full undercoating, and ceramic coating on the paint ($500 extra). For the undercoating, I discussed with the salesperson that I wanted the maximum protection for the car, with the entire frame protected inside/out, rockers, etc, however on paper it was just listed as undercoating.
