STAY AWAY - I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from NJ to Indiana to pick up a used vehicle, and from the start, things went downhill. During a FaceTime call, the sales representative JAY FAILED to show me several scratches on the car, FAILED to mention that tires were off road, FAILED to mention that there is only 1 key fob and FAILED to mention that the interior seat belt holders were missing. This dealership just told the BBB that they refunded me the purchase price of $1265 for a Value Shield policy that I never ordered. They never sent me any money or even an email, they only responded to my BBB complaint by saying they had repaid me. Nothing but lies from them and a lack of communication unless you are handing them a check. Purchase your next car anywhere but at a Tom Woods dealership!

Will take advantage of you. Be careful
The van is because these five days of sitting is the longest it’s ever been out side. Everything original. I’m sure the business was closed down by owners because they watched the cameras and saw what was going on and it was evil. After learning to walk again, the van van was my hospital vehicle that carried the wheel chair i needed. . besides the engine and transmission that swappedthe manager started working on the van, which he didn’t do right the and the kid he fired didn’t tighten anything up .
