Called multiple times about canceling GAP and extended warranty on a vehicle I traded off. Cannot even get a call back. Unprofessional in my opinion.

STAY AWAY - I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from NJ to Indiana to pick up a used vehicle, and from the start, things went downhill. During a FaceTime call, the sales representative JAY FAILED to show me several scratches on the car, FAILED to mention that tires were off road, FAILED to mention that there is only 1 key fob and FAILED to mention that the interior seat belt holders were missing. This dealership just told the BBB that they refunded me the purchase price of $1265 for a Value Shield policy that I never ordered. They never sent me any money or even an email, they only responded to my BBB complaint by saying they had repaid me. Nothing but lies from them and a lack of communication unless you are handing them a check. Purchase your next car anywhere but at a Tom Woods dealership!
As I explained to a service manager more than a year ago, as to why I won’t take my Lexus sedan back there, I’d been told after my first visit that my car was ready to go, and when I opened the door I was greeted by black grease streaks on the tan leather of both the seat and the door. No service station has ever returned my cheapest, most banged-up vehicle to me that way.
