STAY AWAY - I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from NJ to Indiana to pick up a used vehicle, and from the start, things went downhill. This dealership just told the BBB that they refunded me the purchase price of $1265 for a Value Shield policy that I never ordered. They never sent me any money or even an email, they only responded to my BBB complaint by saying they had repaid me. Nothing but lies from them and a lack of communication unless you are handing them a check. Purchase your next car anywhere but at a Tom Woods dealership!
