isaiah did an awesome job cleaning our air ducts. he worked efficiently and was very thorough with every vent and return. he also made sure to keep all doors closed so our pets stayed safe inside. seeing the before and after photos really showed how much dust and dirt was removed. i'm really happy with how fresh and clean our air feels now!
After having my air ducts cleaned, I noticed that there was dust left behind in the laundry rooms, and some of the lint even made its way into the hallways. The crew also forgot to close the laundry room doors. However, after I brought this up, the supervisor, Sebastian, reached out to apologize and was very polite.
