I recently had the opportunity of utilizing Tom Sondergeld Plumbing at my personal home in St. Matthews, Ky. From the initial conversation with the Dispatcher(Brittney) then working with the Estimator/Mgr(Josh), finally onto the worker bee/plumber(Jacob) they all 3 were phenomenal! I called this company out of desperation to help my mom who was in a REALLY bad spot to the point she wasn’t able to be in her home. Everyone else around us kept telling us it was a septic issue and quoted us $30K. Another plumber volunteered some effort and then disappeared. Amazing company. I am the office administrator at Caliber Collision (next door neighbor) and one day, one of our toilets started leaking and so I walked over (which I get most customer's cant do) but they were more than happy to assist us and got us on the calendar for the next day! A technician came by, looked at it, figured out the problem, told us what he had to get to fix it, and came back and fixed it quickly!
