I visited this location and it was great. The second visit I actually got a vehicle without any hassle. Thank you Tom Peacock, my vehicle is almost paid off and I will be returning for another one :)

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I brought my 2011 Maxima in for service a month and a half ago for an overheating issue. They said it was the radiator hose which they quoted me for and replaced however they found another issue. After 2 weeks and a bunch of phone calls later I find out that not only is the service advisor that I was working with no longer works there, but now I suddenly need a new engine and the work on the 2nd problem was only partially done. I purchased a 2019 Altima and was promised my second key for the vehicle well over a month now and still nothing! The sales rep Nick who sold me the car has been dodging my phone calls as well as my emails for some time now. I even went up there to speak with him face to face and he told me it was being taken care of as a “we owe you” and I would receive a call from him. This is the worst dealership when it comes to customer service. Took my Nissan Altima in this morning due to my key( keyless function) not opening my car door. The light kept saying No key. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that my key was bad and I need to by another one for $469.00. I was advised by an employee at the dealership that I needed to have my key re programmed . I had already put a new battery in the key. so they knew that. After all this, they then told me that they could not reprogram the key and it cost me... read more

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Been in need and in search of an Infiniti Q60. My car recently flooded. Everyone sounded nice on the phone but that all changed when I arrived. Was greeting by a newer sales person "was told he was new". Very polite gentleman. After test driving the car and wanting to negotiate numbers that's where it all turned bad. They lie about discounts. The great bait and switch! Stay 100 feet away! They text my phone saying they have 20 Titans on sale up to &15,000 off! I go on Saturday afternoon and spoke the Salesman Eloe and manager Andrew they tell they don’t have any. He told me the Text said “up to” did not mean they actually had any for $15,000 off. Then I was trading in my 2014 Titan in clean and good condition was offer only $9,000. The Kelly Blue has it for $13,100 to $15,000 I was insulted by that offer. I was ripped off!! My credit score was 683 I had 3 open accounts never late even once .was told noone would finance me for the car I wanted said n I quote...hunny you have to crawl before u can walk !! Took home a sentra s model for 27 grand paid full price for a car that had 3000 miles n 9 cell phone connections blutoothed and the back right tire continues to go flat .I tried to return next day .refused. 3 days later refused was told it's not like buying a sweater u cant return after u wear it.i was devastated literally and... read more

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They charged me for 2 packages that I did not agree to. One was a anti theft package and a maintenance package. Also, sold me a 2018 with no Sd Chip so I was not able to access GPS ETC. They tried to tell me I need to buy one. The salesman literally took the chip out of another car to put in mine. So now someone else car Does not have one. I live 2 hours away and the maintenance program can only be used at the location purchased. Ridiculous! I didn’t even ask for it. Sa... read more

Excellent sales and support staff as well as managers! We wanted a 2019 Nissan Frontier 4x2 with no money down... we drove our truck home the same day!
