Review for Service Department I scheduled an appointment the night before and was explicitly promised a rental car over the phone by a representative, as covered under my Gold extended warranty package. Based on that verbal commitment, I arrived unprepared for an all-day wait and had not eaten breakfast. When I arrived, there was no rental car available. Quality of work is great. Customer service skills need greatly improved. Got a part on my Jeep Cherokee replaced. After calling that afternoon to see if my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was sent to the voicemail of the person working on the car. I called back an hour later to check in again and the receptionist said he left for the day without letting me know the car was ready. All ended fine but not the most considerate move.
Worth a review edit to call out the positive. I've had a LOT of warranty work done - every single time Preston specifically has remembered me and my vehicle. Above and beyond, he was on point for timing, expectations, service, communication, etc... no delays. Overcommunicated and overdelivered. Very much appreciate him and will go to OBrien with his and their performance there.
