Worth a review edit to call out the positive. I've had a LOT of warranty work done - every single time Preston specifically has remembered me and my vehicle. Above and beyond, he was on point for timing, expectations, service, communication, etc... no delays. Overcommunicated and overdelivered. Very much appreciate him and will go to OBrien with his and their performance there.

Probably the worst service attentions I've had, especially after 6+ years using O'Brien. Was told multiple times that I'd get a call back to set up service and never received that call. Not recommended at all!
