Read all the 1 reviews! This happened to me also. I will not be using this dealership again! I'm going on 3...make that 4 days... now 5 days without my vehicle. And the diagnostic test is still being ran! If you don't have a warranty, good luck. Being a paying customer doesn't matter. Your vehicle is probably in the Back 40 collecting dust. They must *not* have added the extra hands-on-deck as they promised in the previous reviews.

A little over a week ago I went here to get an oil change and tire rotation. Days later, I heard a strange noise coming from under my vehicle while I was driving on the highway. I made it to my destination but I inspected and investigated what the noise could have potentially been. Come to find out, both my front driver and passenger side lug nuts weren't tightened.
