After a not great experience at another dealership with misleading pricing (even after I confirmed the price before I drove all the way to Tipton) Chuck Beasley and the rest of the team provided an honest, quick, and easy sales experience. Greatly appreciated.
My previous visits have been enjoyable this time has not. I scheduled an appointment online and received an automated text confirming my appointment. I called in advance to let them know my car had been towed and the keys were in the car, they answered and thanked me. The next day THEY CLAIMED I NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND PROCEEDED TO BLAME THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER FOR LEAVING THE KEYS IN THE CAR (what's the point of an appointment then??) We decided to look at a 2014 jeep at the dealer. We were trading in a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. The sales person was very nice and what is knowledgeable about the jeep. We went for a test drive. We came back and then it was time to negotiate. We were trading in a vehicle and had to pay off the loan. They came back with a figure that was pretty low $22,000.
