They have had my 2019 wrangler for over six weeks. Was told needed engine work that might be better to have it replaced. Waiting for the warranty company to come look and approve the work. Replacement was approved. HOWEVER they won’t proceed until they get paid for a repair that was never done. Reached out to the service manager to assist.
