I had the unfortunate situation recently where both of my cars were in the auto body/repair shop. One accident was my fault, one was not. after 8 weeks of repair, one car was declared a total loss. The other is almost repaired. Everyone I've talked to at State Farm, from the Luscombe agency to Bloomington, to Dallas, to Tampa were all supportive, helpful, and fair in their dealings with my situation. For that I am very thankful.
