Just wanted to drop a few lines describing the friendly and fantastic service provided by Tom Luscombe - State Farm. I recently experienced a cracked windshield on my leased vehicle and found your Agent had placed me on a zero deductible plan. Not only did I receive an OEM windshield to avoid potential qualms when I return the vehicle at lease end, your insurance covered an expensive $300 re-calibration of the frontal collision avoidance system, which utilizes a camera behind the rear view mirror assembly. Tom Liscombe and staff are awesome. The staff helped through the process with my Homeowner's policy and my car insurance. Tom call me on birthday every year to wish me a Happy Birthday and everyone in the office is just great. Whenever I go in the office it feels like we are all family.
