Met with Tom to get things in order pending big changes in my life. He was so thorough, patient and sensitive to taking all of the time I needed to answer my questions (of which I had many)! Worried that I may be running over into his next appointment, he never gave me that impression. I didn’t feel rushed. Lastly, I truly appreciated his honesty and didn’t feel like he was trying to oversell me anything! Great agent, I highly recommend him! Satisfied customer for 20+ years!
