Took son's friend to help her find a car. I wrote a $500 check to hold a used car. They were unable to arrange financing, but cashed my check anyway. 11 months later, still waiting for response to calls and certified letter.
We have bought out 3rd vehicle since last November, trading the first two on our new truck last Friday. We met Jeff Harris in November for our 2 used vehicles and Edward Shugart for this purchase. Both are superb salesmen and more over, really nice guys. No pressure, really helpful, and both of our buying experiences have been great. One star only because I like my car. The service department will tell you one thing and do another. Then, say they didn't say something that they did. They do not care if they lose customers (especially Courtney). Upon saying they lost me as a customer, his response was "OK". Since, they don't care, I will gladly place my business elsewhere. I hope no other customers have to go through what I did today. Completely ruined my morning. Not to mention, out of pocket $ and still in the same boat I was before bringing my car in!
I just bought a truck from tom light in bryan, it was the worst experience I've ever had at buying a truck !!! The sales man had very little knowledge and took 4 days to run it through the shop and it still had problems !!! I would never buy from this store again!!!
