I’m sure I’ll be blocked soon, so let me say this before that happens. This place has seriously some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going through this page reading their responses to customer criticism, and it’s seriously appalling. It’s never their fault. The customer service, here, is horrible. You do not get a right to treat people the way you have been doing for years. Your business will be effected, and it will because of the lack of respect you have for certain groups of people that enter your doors. Shame on you!
Tom Light is a good dealership and Lesli is the best saleswoman there!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Latest TV Commercial on KAGS reminded me to rate your company...I tried to purchase a 2017 Chevy 2500 HD about 2-3 months ago and was the absolute worst experience ever. The GM Bubba, well he was the most pushy in your face type salesman and full of crap. My first vehicle to purchase so I may be a bit slow and ask questions but I was able to see through there bullshit and high priced offers. These guys are not affordable. DO NOT buy used vehicles here. I bought a used truck and they assured me it would be reliable and less then 60 days later it left me stranded on the side of the road. They would not do anything to help me.

Amanda, please call me to discuss your issue. When we sold the vehicle to you it was a great running truck. I wish we could predict when vehicles break down but that is just not possible. We also gave you an opportunity to take the vehicle to a private mechanic but you declined. We also offered an extended warranty to you because we cant predict what the future holds and you declined that as well. Again please call me to discuss the problem and give advise.
