Hygienists are thorough and efficient and adequately friendly, i.e. not too chatty, just the right amount
Dr. Laster zapped my cold sore with his laser which dramatically shortened the duration of my sore. The treatment was totally painless and I saw improvement within minutes. Amazing! I am so grateful to Dr. Laster and the entire group for taking such good care of me and my family's dental health.

I wonder why I was changed to a different hygenist? Is it solely based on scheduling? I seem to be switched fairly often, and don't know the reason. Am I a problem patient?

John has been our family dentist for over 25 years and beyond a professional relationship, I consider him and his family friends. Tom has a nice personality and I have complete confidence in his abilities should John retire completely. No suggestions for improvement.
I've had great service from Dr. Bugni for the past 30+ years, and I'd recommend him highly to anyone.
There were a few negative issues with the cleaning process that I have never experienced in the 30 years visiting your office.
