Dr. Tom is an excellent dentist who communicates everything in a clear and professional way. His staff are top notch! I tend to be very anxious about dental matters but Dr. Tom and his staff make me feel fully informed and comfortable!
It's always a positive experience having dental hygiene work done by Stephanie. Clearly, she does a careful, thorough job, explaining the nature of the process as she goes. I'm fortunate to have her as my Hygienist.
I was very impressed with the office on whole. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the teeth cleaning, to S-Ray tech, and Dr. Laster himself. The office was clean and organized and Dr. Laster was delightful and thorough in his explanations.
Dr Laster is a very thorough and creative diagnostician who takes patient's comments and intuitions seriously. He "thinks outside the box" and asks about experiences not directly related to one's teeth that may affect the problem one is having. He carefully uses all the tools at his disposal (and he is quite the techie dentist!) to determine what is going on. He's also very meticulous -- I have had him re-do a crown if he thinks it's not quite right.
Dr. Laster, Stephanie, and the office staff are all friendly and helpful. Stephanie always does a thorough and gentle job of cleaning my teeth. Office is lovely, too. No complaints.
Easily the best dental practice I have ever patronized. Dr. Lasted & his team are great: competent, compassionate, efficient, thorough and super nice to boot! I was in the chair within 2 minutes of walking in the door, 1 hour & 40 minutes later I had a brand new, absolutely perfect crown, without a single second of discomfort during the entire procedure!
Best dentist ever! I highly recommend Dr. Tom and his staff.
Excellent service by hygienist and dentist. Counter staff less warm & welcoming as in the past.
Very up to date practice with all the bells and whistles. But it's the people that make the difference.
