So how yesterday and today went for me. Yesterday, we took our son to the park and on our way back my car started making this grinding metal sound. Got freaked out about it so took it to Tom Hesser Nissan in Dunmore to take a look at it. They told me it was my vacuum plate. Drove it home, it was fine. 100% Recommend them! Kayla and Albert were incredibly awesome, and made us 1st time buyers feel really welcome and confident in our purchase. Even with only an hour left til close, we didn't feel rushed to leave. We love our new Altima, and will return here whenever we want a new car (or truck)!
I had to take my car in 4 times before they were able to figure out the problem I had with rattling when I turned on the air/ heat. An acorn which was in there since I bought the car. And no there are no oak trees where I live.
My guy was top notch today! Helpful, informative and polite. I was very happy with the service and attention I received.
I’m not one to write reviews but I’d like to recognize Sean and Joe P in the service department! After being back for the same issue over and over again, they do everything that they can to make things right for me. You don’t see that often in customer service anymore. I'll let you know....I've been to 2 dealers. First one, not real pleasant experience, and Hesser I reserved my car, will be picking it up tomorrow!! I will let you know update. So far, Hesser was a WAY better experience!!!!
