Just purchased my first car on my own from this dealership. I was extremely pleased with the friendly and attentive staff. The dealership is beautiful and very clean! Went in for a regular service on my 1yr old car,was told the seals were leaking in my transfer case, new seals were ordered, took my car back down to have seals replaced, 1 week later my vehicle broke down in Philly because a bolt that holds the mount that holds the engine and transmission in place was NEVER tighted when they put my car back together the bolt fell out of the car, this also caused the mount to crack due to the weight from the engine& transmission, 3 months later the vehicle is still making a sporadic grinding... read more
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Dishonest! Their sales director Mike Wilson is a sleeve. He stood by and approved them selling us a car that was in an accident and didn't have many of its original parts. Then when we had some issues with those parts they refused to make it right. Of course they didn't mention that car was in accident at time of sale. Anyone who does business with Tom Hesser Nissian needs their heads examined. They treated my wife terribly.
