First timer to Tom Henry, I just had a great experience thanks to Renee in parts, a very helpful service tech. ( I didn't get his name) and Gary in service dept. Everyone was awesome and I will be a customer for a long time. I have dealt with most of the other dealers in the north of pittsburgh buying and servicing trucks for our business and personal but have never had anything like this. Thank you

Service dept is awful.it took them over 2 months to get my key for the camaro recall.then yesterday I made my appt.after sitting there and waiting for a hr and a half on a job that was supposed to take 30 min.they tell me the have the wrong key for vin.then act like it no big deal .will take at least another week.and just waste another 3 hrs of your time and gas.will never go back.
We would surely recommend Tom Henry to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Everyone is so nice and treat you with respect and not pushy. Try them !!
Wish i lived in Pennsylvania i live in geogia and have never dealt with a dealership that follows up like tom henry , might say my next purchase might be worth a road trip �
Very disappointed Took my car there for a repair and maybe a month later had another issue which was due to an incomplete repair at Tom Henry Sent a note and repair bill to them with no response back Won’t be getting my Sale for a new car this year!!!
