in2025, I brought my car to Quess Auto for overheating and paid $519 to replace the radiator. The repair did not fix the problem, which was actually due to damaged gaskets! Afterwards Technicians at Pep Boys confirmed a proper diagnostic should have been done first, whereas my car is now "inoperable''! Quess Auto's actions were unprofessional and call into question their reliability and judgement!
