Tom Ferry seems like a decent guy, but the people who work at this organization remind me of the worst kinds of used car salesmen or worst kinds of timeshare salespersons who use manipulative tactics and bombard you with communications to "hard sell" you on their coaching program. Save your money. There is nothing worthwhile about this program and they WILL NOT honor the money-back guarantee. They are full of excuses. I paid $12,088 for a year of coaching and cannot attribute to one single dollar in extra income to my coaching experience. They're refusing a refund because I didn't attend Summit in person.
