I signed up for the core program, did everything they requested, however after paying for an entire month and having yet to receive a coaching call and having received nothing of value in return I humbly asked for their understanding in no longer continuing with the program- I was not asking for a refund although it would have been a fair request in this situation, since they had not invested in me. It’s truly unfortunate that they are not willing to listen, knowing that they have failed in delivering what they promised.

I paid a year contract for Tom Ferry "Core" program. I was going to cancel the coaching at the end of this year, when my contract is expired. I was encouraged to join the summit. I went to Summit this year in Anaheim, and met with a "Elite" client. This client told me if I joined Elite, I will see the big different. I am pretty sure Tom Ferry advertised that there is no risk if we wanted to upgrade or sign up to a new client, we get to try out for 90 days. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE MY ASS! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I attended the summit this summer. Was my second time going. I was very skeptical about doing the coaching as I was going through a transition in my life. The sales person was amazing used that to reel me in. Tom Ferry seems like a decent guy, but the people who work at this organization remind me of the worst kinds of used car salesmen or worst kinds of timeshare salespersons who use manipulative tactics and bombard you with communications to "hard sell" you on their coaching program. I reported an issue with the sales associate who called me from his personal cell phone to say that I could cancel my participation in the program in the program. Save your money. There is nothing worthwhile about this program and they WILL NOT honor the money-back guarantee. They are full of excuses. I paid $12,088 for a year of coaching and cannot attribute to one single dollar in extra income to my coaching experience. They're refusing a refund because I didn't attend Summit in person. We attended via Livecast because Tom Ferry makes lewd and sexually inappropriate comments at the live events, including one directed at me.
