I joined a coaching program after a consultation to see if it was a good fit. I hadnt done much research but was intrigued after hearing **** Ferry speak. after reading a few of the reviews people had left for this company, i wanted to jump in an give my expierence (which THANKS GOD I didnt signed up for his services)I signed up for the free couching and when I did, they told me it was going to be 1 hour 45 mins of coaching and then 15 min price discussion. I had mine yesterday, or at least had it scheduled. It doesnt even deserve 1 star I cant believe that I was more than clear on what my expectations where and since everything is recorded I did my part by completing everything that was asked of me how is it that we didnt do a single role play? You have me ask questions that I dont even have yet, Im coming to you for guidance and yet I have to tell you what I need ? Our company joined the elite + training over a month ago and we have been unsuccessful in being paired with an appropriate coach. I have reached out 6 different times, was redirected once and no further response has been received. We have tried calling and communicating with email. We have been billed $3400 in ******** funds. Very scammy sales call. Told me I could try the program for a three month period. I made them repeat that over and over. They kept talking while they sent me the agreement, had me review it quickly while still talking at me. I signed like a dummy during that first call, instead of sleeping on it which I had the full right to do, but they rush you into getting started immediately asking you over and over why you'd wait to give them your credit card number when you have so many days to cancel and you want to become a top sales... read more

They are not what they promote. The first coaching session they attempted to sell me Tom Ferry endorsed products and services that would equate to an additional $350.00 per month. They made this recommendation without even knowing my business challenges or goals. They tell you to set up a business plan and offer ZERO assistance outside of watching a series of 3 videos about the business plan. They do not check in with you between coaching sessions. Tom Ferry is now advertising on Facebook. They offer a "Free Consultation". I made an appointment for the consultation and I spoke with Justin Murray of JPM Financial. After he did his sales pitch he immediately sends me a Contract to sign up for over $13,000 of Coaching and starts pressuring me to sign it NOW!! I told him that I wasn't going to sign anything until I read over the contract and "Slept on it" like I do for all major decisions. I signed up for the core program, did everything they requested, however after paying for an entire month and having yet to receive a coaching call and having received nothing of value in return I humbly asked for their understanding in no longer continuing with the program- I was not asking for a refund although it would have been a fair request in this situation, since they had not invested in me. It’s truly unfortunate that they are not willing to listen, knowing that they have failed in delivering what they promised.

I paid a year contract for Tom Ferry "Core" program. I was going to cancel the coaching at the end of this year, when my contract is expired. I was encouraged to join the summit. I went to Summit this year in Anaheim, and met with a "Elite" client. This client told me if I joined Elite, I will see the big different. I am pretty sure Tom Ferry advertised that there is no risk if we wanted to upgrade or sign up to a new client, we get to try out for 90 days.
