Just took our van in today to fix an oil pan bolt and change the oil and your staff took the hitch off of the van; gone! Not sure how that needed to happen in order to change the oil but That is a damn shame. Don't take your vehicle here or you'll wind up with something broken, stolen or need mysterious extra work. I'm sure someone will give a bogus half asses apology like the guy we dealt with today. Horrid service. Go anywhere else!

Christopher Gensler was super. Most honest salesman I've ever worked with. At no point did Chris come at me and my wife like we were targets... like other salesmen I've had in the past. He was very patient, kind, and helped us find exactly what we needed. We are buying three cars from him! And him only!
I just wanted to send a special Thank you to our sales person Steve Garcia he went far and beyond what i had expected from a car dealer, I talked to him on the phone one day and the next i'm driving away in my new car a Jetta. He had picked put a few in the range and style we we're looking for and had them ready for us to test drive when we pulled on the lot.
