In 2013, my husband and I purchased a used Touareg from Gino Manley. It was by far the most pleasant and easiest transaction I have ever done! Gino is very knowledgable about the cars he sells. We have a small travel trailer and wanted to tow it with the Touareg. He made it very clear that the Touareg would be able to tow the RV. The sales staff was kind and friendly through the whole process. This was a quick painless process and we drove home in our 2016 Jetta. I am so upset that I have now purchased 2 VW Jetta's from Tom Bush and they will not repair the CHEAP leatherette seat that is splitting at the seams. Y'all need to make this right! I am NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!
Last year we purchased a VW Passat for our son from Alan Dulberger. Our son was in a no-fault accident and unfortunately, his car was totaled. The excellent features of the Passat saved his life and his quality of life as he walked away from the accident with only a small scratch on his arm.
