What an incredible experience! We went to absolutely every dealership and drove almost every SUV on the market and I must express that the team at Tom Bush VW is in a league of their own. We actually worked with Andrew who was a Mazda salesperson but came over to help because the VW side was so busy and he still was excellent! All I can say is WOW! I stopped by last Saturday to look at a car I was on the fence about. I was given stellar service from Romina P. She took me on a test drive and answered every question and concern I had. I'm thrilled to say that last night I drove my new baby home and couldn't be happier. Customer Service at tom bush used cars was phenomenal I am beyond happy with Davis knabb and my new (used) Kia forte! Davis was so kinda and he even helped me connect to the bluetooth!! Highly recommend Davis knabb!!

I went today for the 1st maintance service and it was an excellent experience. Scott Clemons guide and help me since my arrival to the service area. He was very courteous and professional.
