I guess they don't want to make sales, because offering thousands less than trade in an attempt to make a higher commission is the best way to run off a customer. Probably not the best business practice in a town with 3 other VW dealerships.

Andrew Torres in the finance office did a very good job explaining the additional warranties (aka add ons). I walked into his office completely shut down on the idea of buying any additional warranties. After I walked out of his office I wasn’t upset that I bought two additional warranties! Steve and Lisa are amazing, they both worked with me yesterday and today with my husband and myself to find the perfect car for our son. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car and we did!! I drove past 2 other VW dealers on the way there and will do it again!
