I showed up to get my recall fixed on my car(my windshield wipers don’t work in Florida) I live over an hour away and was confused on the location of the service center causing me to drive and circles and be about 10-15 min late. I was then informed by the lady that I would need to reschedule due to her having a full schedule... I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOM BUSH MAZDA! I brought my car in YESTERDAY because the ABS light was on and my breaks did the scary pulse last week. They said it was the BATTERY, that it needed the programming and all kinds of bull crap with a throttle hose clean and YES, I did ask how the ‘battery’ could cause the ABS light to come onand the breaks to pulse, they are excellent and selling you their reasoning. If I could give more than five stars I would. Scotty was hands down amazing, patient, and seriously worked diligently to find our family what will be best. The entire team was so amazing to us and even gave my baby girl a coloring page to work on as we waited. It felt like a family and natural. Scotty was so easy to talk to and ask questions, he even put on calm music in his office for our sleepy toddler. If you're looking for a better car for your family, I cannot recommend this dealership enough!!!
