First by being honest and not telling you you need to replace an engine in a vehicle that does not need an engine, secondly actually diagnosing a problem, not just saying we do not do engine repairs it's not cost effective, thirdly by not spamming your FB page trying to sell you a vehicle after they failed to properly diagnosis a problem on the vehicle you brought in for service.
