Toloache gets its name from a famed Mexican plant, which is an ingredient in love potions. Chef Julian Medina, inspired by his Mexican roots, opened Toloache in the heart of the Theater District. Brisket tacos were outstanding, queso fundido terrific, margarita was perfect, enchiladas borrachas delicious. Everything was perfect. Service was perfect also.
