We got 2 other bids and his was the lowest and he was able to come out immediately because our sewer main was completely non-functional. It was an emergency and he treated it as such. Turned out, once we got down 10 feet the problem was a lot worse than we all expected. We had to get another quote for additional work. My father-in-law thought of another solution to fix the problem to prevent a lot of work. Eric Tolman was more than will to try it.
