Fast, accurate and professional. Great staff.
My visit to Derm One in Radford, Va. was great except for one thing...the wait time. My appointment was at 10:00. I was called back to the examining room in a reasonable length of time, but I was not seen until 11:15. Susan Gaither is awesome in so many ways, including being very thorough in her exam. I wonldn't want to see anyone else, but to remedy the wait time, I've made my next appointment at 8:00 a.m. You need to re-think the number of patients you see in a day.
Susan gaither is the best of the best! We have followed her and will continue to follow her anywhere she goes. She always explains everything really well and takes the time to get to know her patients. Request her if you can, she’s worth it.
Dr, Tolliver is knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions. Staff is kind and informative.
