I always get excellent care at Derm One
The waiting room was packed, not enough seating for the patients to sit. There seemed to be an air of chaos, in general.
I like Dr. Chad. He is very attentive, caring, and through.
Everyone is very courteous and professional. Don’t have to wait, they are very prompt about keeping to their appointment time
Dr. Tolliver was concise and easy to talk to and put me on a road to recovery from my skin condition.

I was happy with yesterday’s visit . I called 3 days after my surgery and told the nurse my incision was extremely red and oozing. She said as long as it wasn’t splotchy, it would be fine. Nothing was mentioned about an antibiotic until yesterday, when April didn’t like the look of it when I came to get the stitches out. I went to CVS to get my script and to my surprise, there were 2- cephalexin . Nobody told me of a previous prescription, not even when I called. Just wondering why?
This was my first visit to Dr Tolliver`s office, and I was very impressed! I have a history of skin cancer and other problems. Naturally I was nervous for what might be found. Everyone there was very nice and very professional so my fears were quickly put at ease. I can't express how important it is to me to feel like everyone there is focusing on me and my care, and I was not disappointed! Check in was easy , check out was easy and everything in between was perfect!
Great place. I go to Beckley location, extremely pleased with atmosphere and the people.
