Amazing experience first visit, my 4yr old was treated so kindly and the ladies are empathetic in what they do. Throughout the visit they constantly explained what they were doing and made the visit so much easier.
Made an account just to tell you this. The Dr doing it was Crappy. Like he was rough when grabbing on me and my mouth, he seamed very inexperienced and hasty with what he was doing, I man he rushed us out then basically ran away at the end, I could tell he was a student cause he didn't seem to know what he was doing, didn't listen when I said to warn me before numbing me with that huge ah needle, and he kept mentioning my 'anxiety' when all I wanted was to be numbed and with some anesthesia, I mean I got a freaking filling. ... read more
Front desk women are rude, unbelievably nasty, and so unprofessional and short with everyone they come across. You can hear them cursing and talking about the patients several times while waiting. The actual dental staff in the back are what keeps my family returning. They are wonderful and kind and empathetic. You will receive the best treatment once you get past the front desk, that is. Those ladies are the rudest office staff I have ever come across and need fired.
Today my kid was seen at utmc dentistry for a possible root canal this was his first patient visit. I assume they don’t deal with many kids with challenges. Once my kid was taken back and asked to sit properly to be examined issues arose and I asked if they had a butterfly strap to assist ( I know my child & I am the only person attending his appointment with him) they said that’s not something they use so we had to become the restraints with me holding my child’s arms and laying my head across his chest the resident at his ... read more
