My aide and my nurse and the owner are very nice and helpful 😄 after I came out of Otterbein they help me with my aide and my nurse help their jobs and the owner is really good with my needs what a blessed this company is to me if you're like a home health care for yourself or your love one or family members this company is a caring for their patience

I called after receiving a referral for my mother from her case manager. The person answered the phone and said “hello”. I thought I dialed the wrong number, I asked if I was calling Toledo Home Healthcare. She replied “ yes, what do you need”. I asked “is this how you answer the phone “ . She said “Yes, what do you need”. I said “Nothing, there is no way I want to deal with this place”. If this is the service you get from the initial phone call, there is NO WAY I would have them in my mother’s home. Shame on them!!!
