Food and service were excellent. The chili is top notch, as you would expect, and queso with the chili is a perfect appetizer. Our group spent an evening here listening to live music and even though it was busy we never felt ignored by our waiter. Will definitely go back.

The food was beyond delicious! I can't wait to come back! Had the spicy Anejo Rita and it was dangerously good!
Great CFS and okra. .. feel good food... somewhat on the loud side even at our table near the front door. Service was okay. Great Texas feel if you're entertaining outsiders.
I had the Frito pie and it was as good as I hoped for. The award winning chili was very good. Alot of really nice beers. The live music was great...Thanks big Mike!
We were visiting Great Wolf Lodge this weekend and got a recommendation to eat at Tolberts. There was a private event with tons of people, but that didn't interfere with the wonderful service we received. Kathleen, the owner, stopped by our table over 5 times (with a packed house) to check on us. We had a great experience and will recommend to our friends!

Just need to leave a 5 star rating. Stopped in late afternoon, when one often gets bad food or service in a restaurant. It was quiet and we were seated in a high top at the bar area. I figured we might get ignored when they had the bartender wait on our table. Instead, it was great! Freshly cooked food, and I got a freshly chopped jalapeño for my lunch when I requested it. Food was tasty and service was great.
