Normally one of my favorite places to go, but not tonight! Our family ate at the hibachi- I ordered a general chicken meal. Waitress said she would bring my meal out when the hibachi meal was served. When it was brought to the waitresses attention that I never recieved my food, she said oh my gosh let me check. She came back out and my order was never put in! She said I can put it in now...by this time everyone had already been eating and was pointless to get my food.

The service was extremely slow, took over an hour to get our food, while others coming in after us got theirs within 15-20 minutes. talked to the manager who blamed us for picking their restaurant to eat at and blamed it on being understaffed, but wouldn't give is a discount for waiting excessively regardless. she was very rude and not trying to resolve the issue. wouldn't recommend.
Figured I would give this a try since lunch was being offered by a friend. About 40 minutes after eating have been extremely ill. Face and neck feel hot. Vomiting and severe stomach cramping. The General Chicken had an odd taste but it didn't taste in a manner that would make me think it was bad. Perhaps undercooked. Would really like it if my friend could get her money back on this.
