Dear waitress, Your service this evening was immaculate. You were quick, our drinks were never empty, and we were overall very satisfied with our dinner experience. When the check arrived, we noted our approximately $55 total and planned on providing you a $10 tip to show our appreciation. very disappointing experience tonight. party that came in after us (we had 4, they had 5) were seated ahead of us and then we had to wait another 20min after they were seated for a table. then half my order was wrong and had to be corrected. and they wouldn't allow a developmentally disabled adult to order off the kids menu (I don't think they should be able to question someone's age because a lot of 10 year old look older than the are. very disappointed.
We were seated and it took 25 minutes for them to acknowledge we were even there. Once we were asked what we would like to drink. It took another 10 minutes to get. Then they didn't bring our food out together which was another 10 minutes. So my fiance sat there with her food waiting for mine to come to the table. I could understand if they were really busy but there was at most 7 tables going including ours.
We went tonight and ordered take out. Due to covid, dine in was closed. A storm was coming through but that didnt stop the workers from delivering food to our cars. Our order was spot on and tasted wonderful!!! Thank you Wasab for being awesome!! You totally made our Friday night by being open during such a crappy time. We appreciate you!!
