Brilliant Cuisine – I've eaten literally dozens of pounds of raw fish over the years. Tokyo House is hands down the best I've ever had. Stray away from the typical choices of nigiri and the commonest rolls and try some of the specials. You will be rewarded with the freshest seafood on the planet, paired with sauces of artistic genius that prompt one to leave the wasabi behind. Colorful fireworks for the tongue. Peter is a sushi chef savant. Brilliant cuisine!
