Tokushu Knife is the best. Tony is great and he was super helpful with my most recent purchase. I’ve bought both my first ever Japanese knife and my most recent from them (both masakages) and I’ve been very pleased with both. They even offer free handle installation if you purchase a handle from them which I took advantage of on my most recent purchase, turned out beautifully. Support these guys!

Excellent selection of Japanese knives. I came in to have 4 knives sharpened and was immediately assisted. Took less than 10 minutes. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Amazing service, budget friendly pricing. Zach will fix and sharpen whatever you have. Bring your Dad’s knives and drop off your pocket knife while you wait. I didn’t know what sharp meant until visiting this shop. I’ll be coming back until they turn me away.

Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I came in with a lot of questions and I was looking for a very particular type of knife and the excitement the staff had to share their love for knife work was inspiring. If you've never experienced a Japanese knife you've got to come in.

Super cool local store. Anyone needing a professional quality chef knife should check this place out before online shopping or going to a big box shop. Great service, beautiful knives and reasonable prices!
