Terrible! Don’t move here. There are always maintenance issues. The management company sucks if they’re not changing them. They don’t care about their tenants. They charge for everything!
This place is a hidden gem :) Michelle, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful throughout the leasing process. Our move- in went smoothly and we are loving the property so far. The new company that owns these apartments is extremely on top of their stuff, and it’s refreshing to see staff doing general upkeep and maintenance frequently. Went for a walk through, and it was a great experience. The apartment looked just like the pictures online and love that they are pet friendly and have a washer/dryer in units along with a gated entrance.
