Toi on Sunset has been around on this part of the Strip for more than two decades. A popular spot for locals to visit before they hit the local bars and clubs, but need to fill up on some Lard Nar or Tom Kha soup. The music is always rock and the walls are covered with rock paraphernalia. The food is traditional Thai, with flavorful pad Thai noodles, stir-fry vegetables, spicy Thai noodles, spicy shrimp soup, fried rice and more. There are plenty of vegetarian choices and prices are low which make it even better.

Tarentino's hang out, great food, drinks and service
I had moved away from Los Angeles years ago and recently moved back. Given the amount of business turnover I was pleasantly surprised to see this place was still here, and expanded! Everything was as I remembered it, fresh, flavorful, and spicy! I like the rocker atmosphere which reminds me I'm back in town. Service was prompt and polite. I'll be back very soon!!
I took my cousin here for lunch back when I first moved to LA back in 2002. For me, Toi On Sunset is an experience. I first loved it because it reminded me of a favorite restaurant in Atlanta where I was a regular patron before moving to LA. The atmosphere at Toi made it love at first visit for me. The food is great, and the recent upgrade with the menu and drinks make it even more so. We can have Spicy and tasty Thai food even after midnight in a cool and old Rock interior decoration on Sunset blvd. I like this place . . .
