I ordered catering for work last minute. The staff pulled it off on such sort notice. Wonderful experience and will definitely be ordering from them again.
I go into this Togos expecting it to be like any other place you would order.... I was wrong. Hello; from a lady, Welcome in; from the man.. I see they are busy so I go and stand at the order sign hanging above my head. I am looking at the menu when the lady looks up and says we will be with you shortly. This was the perfect experience. The lady's working today were amazing (names to come later.). I've been to this Togo's before but I've never seen one of these lady's. She was smiling, focused, and skilled. She asked questions and rechecked before she wraped our sandwiches and yes she did ask multiple times, she joked and made conversation with me, other guests, and made me feel like we were at a friend's house having them make lunch for us. If you want a togos sandwich made from the heart go to this togos! I am so impressed with this location. The staff were amazing individuals who went above and beyond my expectations.
You know a good food spot when you see the staff rushing around to get the orders done. I went in on thursday (8/28/2025) 2 female workers literally rushing around the store knocking orders out from the online system, the phone and the line. No complaints! Everything was perfect. 100% speed 100% correct order 100% great customer service and attitude. Definitely a go to spot.
