Dr Wiley is very professional, knowledgeable and patient focused. Dr Wiley is an excellent communicator, he listens well, and explains everything very well. The staff in Dr Wiley’s office are extremely efficient, engaged and great communicators as well. The follow up and follow through. Extremely impressed with this Team!
I really enjoy having Dr Wiley as my primary care physician. He never seems to be rushing me out of the office, and takes time to explain things. He listens and asks relevant questions. I feel confident in his work. And the folks in his office at Scottslawn are the best - Maddie (sp?) and Paige are a real pleasure.
Dr Wiley and his Staff are AMAZING!!! Dr Wiley is extremely knowledgeable and is a FANTASTIC communicator. He is a great listener and addresses issues in a very positive manner. Dr Wiley’s staff follows his leadership. They too are EXCELLENT communicators. They are very professional, and prompt. If you’re seeking a great medical group for yourself or loved ones… this is the place to go!
Refuses to take accountability for their mistake, allows the patient to be accused of "abusing" medication that HE incorrectly called in and refused to communicate with the pharmacy(Venilfaxin- nothing controlled). Unless you want to feel like a drug addict of basic medication, I would avoid this office. The office manager has also lied multiple times to "cover" this failure of "healthcare." I absolutely love this place! Dr Wiley addresses any questions I have and I don’t feel rushed out of the office. He really listens. Paige is great and always so thoughtful and professional. Mattie (sorry if I misspelled) your name is great as well. They always answer my questions in the portal and the responses are in good timing. I am so blessed to have found this office of great people and oh Bailey, I cannot leave her out she is so sweet and quick to get me checked in and checked out always a pleasure to talk to.
