After many botched jobs I was in the middle of my Invisalign. I had started my implant procedure but decided no to have Dr Plocher finish it due to his cost, and frankly I had lost my trust in him as a dentist. I just wanted to finish my braces and move on. once my Invisalign was complete I needed to have my retainers made. They would not make them for me unless I had my implant done by dr Plocher. that was not going to happen so my teeth moved back and I wasted $4800 dollars and 6 months. After concerns about over treatment and quality treatment I checked with BBB. It appears this dentist has a history of my concerns and pending review by the dental review board. The office is very nice but deceiving. Use caution.
The most positive experience with the overall service. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Dr. Plocher delivered me the best dental work and it was painless. He is very friendly and caring. I would recommend him to all my family.
Had all teeth extracted and dentures made and fitted. Nothing bug discomfort and pain for over two years and then he has the gall to ask 1,600 for adjusting his terrible work. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy. Went to a competent dentist that fixed things for 800 and advised about the incomplete work done by Dr. Plocher. It will cost $7000 to fix the situation properly thanks to the incompetence of Dr. Plocher. Am seeking legal council.
In my opinion, I had a bad experience. My dental crowns are showing dark lines at the gums when I smile.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Plocher for a few years. He and his staff could not be more wonderful. After some bad experiences with dentists wanting to do unnecessary work I was a bit jaded. I am very comfortable and confident that Dr. Plocher truly has our best interests at heart. He just moved to a beautiful new office that has the best of everything.
