They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. The office was easy enough to find. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
