In recent years I'd see billing errors where I was being charged for one off items that my insurance company denied and said were supposed to be included in the service. I had one crown that broke and needed to be replaced within 2 months and I was charged. The most important thing to this office is money. It's not my cup of tea. If you want a sales pitch, this is your place. I hope this helps. He can get pretty rude. I don't know about you, but talking about someone's mental health is pretty low for a professional. Dr. Mabry is a wonderful dentist who cares about his patients. His staff is warm and friendly. A very inviting office.

Family and I have been going here for years. I've had some pretty serious work done and ge is a pro and his staff and team are kind and skilled. Compasionate hygenists - can't do much better for dental work. They do book up way in advance sometimes so plan accordingly.

I have received an amazing blessing! One that I could not have expected or believed would happen if it wasn't for my relationship with the Heavenly Father and Faith. Huge shout of gratitude and thanks to Smiles beyond the bars, Linda Parker, Shelly Parker, Bo Derning, Dr. Todd Mabry and all the participating, amazing people who make this possible and transform lives of the recipient and those who will be affected by the recipient from here on out. I have been going to Dr. Mabry just under 10 years. With the addition of two new partners, I was just handed off to Dr. Tim Schmidt. I later found out from people that had originally recommended him, they were asked and given a choice. I feel completely disrespected. Plus, I cannot find any reviews on Dr. Tim Smith, if he good at crowns, fillings, etc. Took a quick look, scraped here/there and gone in less than 10 min. Mabry is great if you have a perfect smile and just want cleanings. If you have any imperfections the subtle sales tactics will be used to pitch you on correcting them. He changed pricing on me once my work started and engaged a new high-pressure individual who I caught telling an un-truth. Tried to talk to Mabry about it and he seemed disinterested. I ended up changing providers.

Well-Rounded Dentist in North Scottsdale – My most recent experience to Dr. Mabry was one to write about. Everyone greeted me like I was their friend or family member and made me feel at home. Dr. Mabry is an excellent dentist that I could see myself going to forever. The office is very clean, presentable, and I would highly recommend him and his practice.

Great Dentist in North Scottsdale – Dr. Mabry is a professional that explains what is wrong and offers the best options for his patients. I have been a patient for over 5 years. He treats my wife, my kids and I have reccomended numerous friends as well. Get ready for a new level of professinalism in dentistry.
