My name is Suzanne Flynn and I was a client of Todd Berk, Esq. while I lived in Philadelphia, PA. I did receive SSI Disability Benefits in 2002 or 2003 thanks to his work with me. I returned to his office in 2009 because I had a question about my benefits and he simply answered my questions in his office for free. He was recommended to me by my PTSD therapist who stated he was the lawyer in Philadelphia for Disability. Quite frankly, my experience supports this.
Todd Berk finally got me my ssi after 6 years of being disabled. He is a great attorney amd helped me out very much. I am very greatful for Todd. I highly recommend him. Sincerely, Janelle
If you're looking for a lawyer to support and guide you through the disability filing process then you should look elsewhere. In addition to being condescending to clients, Todd continually refers to Social Security administration as "assholes who know nothing". On three separate occasions I found that he did not file paperwork on my behalf. When I confronted him, he blamed Social Security. Todd BERK Is The Most Unprofessional Lawyer I Ever Met! I Was Told By Mr BERK To Apply For My Disability Myself Because He Told Me " 99.9 % Of Applicants Are Denied " He Said He Would Take On My Case After That . I Myself Did All Of My Own Work .
