Five years ago I failed to show up to an appointment for some reason. Today, I attempted to become a new patient and was told that I have been banned from this doctor's office for not showing up to that other appointment.
I absolutely love Dr. Schultz! He has been my parents physician for many, many years, and now that I am their primary caregiver due to my dad having a stroke and my mom having dementia, Dr. Schultz is truly amazing! He listens to my questions and concerns, is eager to work at figuring out the best plan of action for both mom and dad, and he is so very kind and compassionate not only to them, but also to me in this very difficult situation that I am in! Dr Schultz was excellent. Took time to listen and gave specific feedback. Only negative was that I had to wait an hour in the exam room before he came in.
