TODD JOSEPH SHITTY/TERRIBLE LANDLORD – Todd Joseph is a terrible landlord. He won't repair anything, he will ignore your email and phone calls, and he is not concerned with the apartment's security (and yours). He is a pain in the ass to deal with and will take money out of your security deposit for no reason. Tenant Beware. Stay away from Todd Joseph – Todd is a serious jerk. I have nothing but terrible things to say about him. The apartment is nice, but that's the only thing he has going for him. I would be out of there in a heartbeat if the house were anything less than it is. Todd is probably the most unhelpful person I've ever encountered. Don't let him sweet talk you.
