Pretty wild been going to this place since a kid went 3 year without insurance so obviously was just going to to minute clinics the cheaper route… well 3 years later I’m in a auto accident and need a referral to the spine dr/ surgeon. So I call to set up an appointment since I now have insurance and they tell me I have to sign up as new patient… ok cool no biggie. Then they tell me Todd capes is not taking any new clients lmao. Worse experience with a Dr. that I have ever had. Talked about himself and other experiences with patients, instead of addressing my issues. He wanted to prescribe an inappropriate medication for my condition.
So fortunate to have such a smart, supportive and caring doctor! Thank you Dr .capes, for everything you do for me and my health!
Dr Capes and the nurses are amazing. I know that sometimes it can feel like you get "lost in the cracks" at most places but not here. Very caring, understanding and helpful group of people!
Dr. Capes, so many good things I Could say about him. He was my Husband's doctor and my mom's doctor and has been my doctor for Many years. He cares, he's smart, Accommodating and thorough just to mention a few attributes. He has Never taken chances with my health. Knows when to call in a specialist. I recommend him to anyone who Wants a great physician.
