My family has bought insurance from State Farm for over 50 years. Cars, boats, homes, etc. In July some fool fell asleep at the wheel and wiped out a huge portion of fence. This home is on a major highway that is known for being a stretch of road that people seem to wreck on. They have done absolutely nothing to get this fixed. I had 3 policies with State Farm every month my car insurance policies kept increasing. I constantly tried to contact the Agent to find out what was going on. I kept getting the run around from the secretary at the front desk .I never received any calls back on this issue. The agent who initially did my policies, quit and went to a new company. This has been extremely difficult to make a claim. Call them every other day and they always say "we'll get right back" but never do. Adjuster missed many items and his estimate was less the 50% of what I got quotes for. Now they won't contact me. I'm paying for business losses and damage myself and hopefully 1 day someone will call or pick up a phone. By the way, any time they tell me they clled, I see no record of it on my phone.

I paid for glass coverage. I thought my window was cracked. I called State Farm and they sent out ***** *** **** ****** *****, The guy takes the whole window out and has the whole door panel off and tells me it's not cracked it's the tinting paper. I apologize and tell him to put the window back in. He puts everything back together and says he is done but he forgot to put part of the door back on and the parts are on the roof of my car. after being in our home for 27 yrs., we have had to file our second claim for damages to our home. Our fist claim was with Farmers Insurance, and it was a pleasant experience, as the claim was processed and paid within three days. Now, we are with State Farm, and the claim process has been very unpleasant, stressful, and frustrating. Our home has been tore up for more than three weeks, we have been lied to by everyone we speak to at State Farm. After many years of being a StateFarm customer and paying the premiums, StateFarm let me down when I needed their service. My basement flooded due to a toilet valve leak. State Farm paid less than half the bill for the water extraction, cleaning, and repairs leaving me owing the balance. The claim specialist claimed that the charges were excessive. I was present and saw all equipment used, manpower hours the work done by the company. When I contacted my local agent for assistance he was no help.

They charged me 175.00 for liability on my car and renters insurance, and the previous bill was 84.00 I immediately called them, found another insurance company. They sent me a Check for 119.61 they kept the rest of my money, I was only 3 days in for this policy. Stealing money from there customers.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have made several attempt calling to State farm local office to call back regarding the balance to be refunded for my remaining auto insurance. No one has called or tried to communicate anyway from Sate Farm insurance services. Agents I dealt with Leslie B***** Here is the refund amount $410.48 should be Vehicle info: 2006 Nissan Altima Blue: Start Date April 7th End Date May 26th.
